Part of the Brewing Beer In The Buckeye State series, Brewing Beer In The Queen City, Volume III gives a pictorial history of the Dayton Street Brewery, which was in business from 1863 to 1955. Operated by the John Hauck Brewing Company before Prohibition and the Red Top Brewing Company after Prohibition, the plant remained one of Cincinnati's largest and most prominent breweries throughout its existence. The book contains nearly 400 images of people, buildings, floor plans, labels, cans, signs, and you-name-it (most in color) to help tell the story!
